We’ve added a calendar to help with the tuning schedule, which has become extremely busy. In 2025 we covered around 30,000 miles and were away from the factory for close to 5 months of the year. Add to that about a month’s worth of teaching new pan tuners, and there’s only half the year left for building pans. Add to this the fact that we expanded the workshop by moving into a much more practical space, and that was another month or so of setting up and customizing. That journey is thankfully almost at an end, and the new space is rocking!
Unfortunately this has contributed in no small way to the backlog on instruments, and so for the time being we have paused accepting new orders until the wait time is manageable again.
I’d like to say a huge thanks to all of my customers who keep me busier than I ever imagined I could be with this. Please all stay safe out there, and keep beating pan!
