We’ve encountered many variations of the Six Bass Layout, both in terms of what notes are on the pans, what order the pans are in, and how the barrels are rotated.  Here’s a Practice Pad that will allow you to match whatever you have – just write in the note names with a felt tip pen!

This is a COUNTER-CLOCKWISE layout.  This means that in a counter clockwise direction around each barrel, the note order is always Low Note – Middle Note – Octave Note.   If this doesn’t match your pans, we have a clockwise layout available.
